All services are delivered based on agreed project scopes and timelines discussed prior to commencement. Any additional services requested beyond the agreed scope may be subject to revised pricing and extended timelines. Aura Beats maintains the right to decline projects that do not align with our professional standards or company values.

All pricing is provided through official quotations or written agreements. A non-refundable deposit may be required before project commencement to secure scheduling and resources. Full payment terms, including installment structures (if applicable), will be clearly stated before work begins. Late payments may result in project delays, suspension of services, or additional fees. Final deliverables will only be released upon receipt of complete payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All original audio content, compositions, sound designs, and creative materials produced by Aura Beats remain the intellectual property of the company until full payment has been received. Upon final payment, ownership or usage rights will be transferred as specified in the project agreement. Aura Beats reserves the right to showcase completed projects in portfolios, marketing materials, or promotional content unless a prior confidentiality agreement restricts such use.

Aura Beats provides a specified number of revisions per project as outlined in the initial agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra charges. Revisions must align with the original project scope. If a client cancels a project after work has commenced, the initial deposit will not be refunded. Any completed work up to the cancellation date may require proportional payment depending on project progress.

However, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or final deliverables. All client information, creative concepts, and project details shared with Aura Beats will be treated as confidential. We respect client privacy and ensure that sensitive information is not disclosed without consent.
